The Victorian approved Longarm Category A & B Firearms Safety Course is a mandatory training program designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to apply for a Victorian firearm license. This course delivers essential instruction on firearm safety, legal responsibilities, secure storage requirements, and the ethical handling and use of longarm firearms within Victoria.
Aligned with current legislative standards and industry best practice, the program aims to promote responsible firearm ownership, risk awareness and safe operational conduct.
Upon successful completion, participants will meet the recognized safety training requirements necessary to progress with their firearms license application through the relevant regulatory authority.
